A Healthy Mind Camp

A mental health awareness camp held at Anti Corruption Bureau Head Quarters, Worli, Mumbai.

The program included:

1) Spreading awareness about the significance of mental health issues, removing the stigma associated to mental ailments, the challenges and their solution.

2) Therapy session by eminent doctors Mr. Dattatrey Raje & Mr. Ankush Sawant which included- Reiki therapy, Hypnotic & Self hypnotic session.

3) Ayurvedic medication, Panchgavy medication, honey bee sting medication etc

These therapies helps to calm the stress, anxiety and depression.
